“ Delicious lunch! Creamy cup of clam chowder, ceasar salad with grilled shrimp, Brussels sprouts/pear/goats cheese salad with chicken, mussels in savory rich broth. ”
“ Always have had a good meal here. To sit out on the deck in summer with a fantastic view overlooking Portland, it doesn't get any better. Lots of free parking also makes it a way better choice than any place in Portland. Solid seafood restaurant with some nice cocktails. Whether it's for apps and drinks or a full meal, you won't be disappointed. This trip I had a fried haddock sandwich and side salad. A nice piece of haddock that was not too greasy on a brioche bun. The French fries are not stand out but pretty good. We will be back time and time again! ”

“ We ate lunch on the deck Friday. The outside dining provides a panoramic view of Portland harbor. Our server was excellent. We enjoyed Bloody Mary's for drinks. Appetizers included clam chowder, calamari and beef egg rolls. Entrees tried were the fishermen's platter, fish tacos, shrimp and their cheeseburger. Sides of fries and slaw complimented the meals. Everything was delicious and we enjoyed two hours of drinks and casual dining. ”
“ weather allowed a brief sitting on the deck admiring the view but rain eventually prompted a move inside. the restaurant is nicely decorated with mid- upscale dining. upon moving indoors, a table was not immediately available so we finished our cocktails at the bar. this wasn't a problem as we had no later plans. when a table opened we moved to a generous sized booth. our server was able to accompany our ticket from the deck to the indoor table. i don't recall his name but he was friendly. service was not as attentive as i would have enjoyed but i chalked it up to the movement of tables. ( maybe he just forgot about our table) i had the fish sandwich which was sooo good! he enjoyed the stuffed haddock. blueberry desert rounded out the dinner. this is a great location for a great meal, give them a try! ”
“ Service was decent even on a busy Sat. night. Had Bang Bang shrimp and 2 Spicy Sailors, a House Margarita made with Ghost Spicy Tequila, Triple Sec, and Strawberry Puree. Shrimp was nothing to write home about, and had to ask for some aioli to give it moisture and flavor. The drinks were yummy tho, the deck the perfect place to dine on a lovely Maine summer night, and the sunset view sublime. ”
“ Came here to meet my Maine coworker while I was in Maine. Asked her (the local) to suggest a spot that would fulfill my lobster fix, and Saltwater came in as reasonable to get to from my South Portland hotel and for her to avoid heading downtown. Saltwater ho! My impression: An upscale place but not overwhelmingly so. Toward the upper end of prices in the area, but you get what you pay for. The lobster roll was easily larger than any other I've had in Maine, which helps justify the higher price. Server was friendly and patient, walked me through the beer list and the specials. The local brown ale I had with my meal was disappointing, but that's not brewed here so it doesn't go on their star rating! And you get some great views by being harborside - your choice to eat outside if the weather allows. ”
